A Unique Organization
The Illinois Agricultural Auditing Association was established in 1924 to serve the accounting and auditing needs of agribusiness in Illinois.  Our unique structure as a cooperative organization has served us well and helped develop our professional niche as cooperative experts in Illinois.  But our practice is not limited to cooperatives.  Our clientele includes grain elevators, farm supply retailers, seed companies and many other agricultural membership organizations and farm product research and market promotion organizations.  The majority are cooperatives but many are not. Our clients’ revenue streams range from less than a million dollars to nearly 200 million dollars.   With our sister entity of DBH & Associates, LLC, we also serve clientele outside of the state of Illinois. 

Because of our unique client list, we've gained extensive expertise in two areas that are highly specialized and complex:  cooperatives and the grain industry.  Our expertise and leadership in grain accounting and auditing is what differentiates us from other auditing firms.  We are recognized as grain experts by several state CPA societies, several state Grain and Feed Associations and Departments of Agriculture, the CFTC, the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives, regional cooperatives and agricultural lenders.
